We create a calm, ambient environment designed for relaxation. Proper draping is always maintained, and our therapists provide complete privacy while you change, ensuring a comfortable and professional experience.

A brief health intake form is completed prior to your session. This allows our therapists to understand your needs and tailor your massage safely and effectively.
Hotel Room Requirements
If booking multiple therapists at the same time, a larger room or suite may be required to comfortably accommodate equipment and setup. Our team can assist in determining the best arrangement.
Back-to-Back Discount
Receive $10 off per session when one therapist provides consecutive services.
All sessions are full-time on the table. No additional travel or consultation fees apply.

Clinical Neuromuscular “NMT” Massage Therapy
Clinical Neuromuscular “NMT” massage is an effective pain management solution to reducing or alleviating pain located in the body’s soft tissues. Neuromuscular techniques are designed to reach deeper into the muscle and connective tissues to break up and releases adhered fascial tissues, trigger points or muscular knots, tension, stress, pain, and impinged nerves. Deep tissue NMT should never go beyond a “hurt-so-good.” Communication will be important during this clinical treatment. This session is for people who have more experience with massage and experience regular muscular pain and impinged nerves.

Our Lymphatic system can easily become stagnant from dehydration, fatigue, stress, infection, etc. This technique helps manually accelerate lymph flow with gentle and steady extremely light pumping toward the heart.

Prenatal massage is for a woman in their 2nd and 3rd trimester only. The recommended type of massage during pregnancy is Swedish or Swedish/combination pressure for relaxation, circulation, and tension relief. Deep tissue is not recommended or provided. Prenatal massage is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, and edema (or swelling).
In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension, which aids in better sleep and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

Geriatric Massage
Geriatric massage therapy is a Swedish-style massage with a gentler lighter touch geared to help the elderly. These techniques can help enhance lymph circulation, combat depression, improve balance and flexibility, reduce the pain of arthritis, increase joint mobility, improve posture, and encourage overall well-being.
Geriatric massage can be especially helpful for maintaining and improving overall health as we age. It also helps relieve anxiety and provides comfort especially to touch-deprived elderly clients.
People with specific health conditions should obtain a physicians release form to proceed with massage. There are certain health conditions that are not recommended for massage.

Sports Massage
Sports massage is great for athletes. This treatment will help prepare your body for a sporting event or workout and/or help cool down and relax tired fatigued muscle tissues following a workout. Comfortable clothing such as workout shorts and sports bras are recommended for this service. This massage is upbeat and not for relaxation. Minimal massage lotions are used. Pain-relieving gel or warming ointment may be used in conjunction with specific area work and body stretching.

Our Professionals bring all the supplies to YOU! Schedule a relaxing in-home massage from one of our licensed and insured therapists. Our services are designed to help you unwind in the privacy of your own home.
Supplies: Supplies include the massage table(s) and/or massage chair(s), linens, lotions/oils, music, aromatherapy, and any other supplies/products needed.
Comfort & Privacy: Our professionals create an ambient atmosphere for comfort and relaxation and, work around some of the busiest schedules. We practice proper draping policies, give our clients privacy when changing and, give that one on one time to each of our clients.
Client Intake: All clients will be provided with our Client Intake Health & Wellness form to complete as our massage professionals set-up for service. Our professionals review intake forms with each client prior to providing our professional services.
Health & Wellness Program: Join our Health & Wellness Program. Sign up for regular massage therapy appointments and receive a customized health & wellness plan at a more affordable price.
Back to Back Discount: If one massage therapist is providing back-to-back services, there will be a $10.00 discount (excluding Health & Wellness Program) per each massage of your choice. Our services are full time on the table as listed below. We do not charge extra for the drive or take off any time for consultation.

Invite your friends to a unique and relaxing experience. Body Tech™ offers luxurious mobile spa parties in Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas. You and your guests can relax and indulge in a day of pampering with table and/or chair massage, massage facials and/or facial masks, manissages and/or pedissages. You and your guests can relax and have some pampering fun together. These parties are an excellent idea for bridal showers, birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. As a mobile service, we’re happy to come to your office, hotel room, or personal residence.

Price is Per Licensed Massage Professional.
Three hours minimum required to book a Spa Party.
* Mini Table Massage Services (not full body sessions): $120.00 an hour of booked services (minimum 20 to 40 minutes on the table).
* Chair Massage Services: $130.00 an hour of booked services (average time on the massage chair 10 to 40 minutes per each person).
* Mini Manissages & Mini Pedissages: $140.00 an hour of booked services (minimum 20 minutes, max 40 minutes per each person).
Mini Therapeutic Table Massage
This massage is light-to-medium pressure for relaxation. This massage helps calm your nervous system, increases lymphatic circulation, and improves muscle tone. We can apply some deeper pressure to a couple areas if needed to relieve stressed muscular tension and trigger points.
Minimum session 20 to 40 minutes on the table. Our mini table massages are not full body sessions.

The Benefits of Massage: The most popular benefits of massage are both relaxation and invigoration. It is an excellent way to rid the body of tension and stress, and it helps with circulation and promotes a sense of overall wellbeing.
Massage has a detoxifying effect on the body. We recommend that you drink plenty of water after receiving a massage to flush metabolic waste from the muscle tissues. We recommend that you avoid caffeine, nicotine, and alcohol for the next 24 hours after receiving a massage.
Additional Tip: Don’t eat a heavy meal before a massage.
Precautions & Contraindications: Massage can be very therapeutic for many medical conditions. However, in some cases it is best to get a written script from your physician.
